• Most Items are shipped via USPS Postal Service First Class or Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation.
• Some larger items such as Satellite Dishes or Receivers may be shipped UPS or Fedex, from one of our warehouses.
• Express shipping services & Insurance are available for an additional fee.
• Regular shipping will take up to 2-5 business days within the US,  7-14 business days to Canada.
• All orders are processed and shipped on the next day if orders are placed before 8 PM Eastern
  Standard Time. 
• Our shipping rates reflect the United States and PUERTO RICO ONLY.  We do ship to Canada for an additional cost.

All HYPERMEGASAT products are new and professionally manufactured.  Our products have a manufacturer's warranty.  If you experience any issues with our products, please email us. All sales are final. We DO NOT refund payment for any product purchased. However, we will exchange products within 30 days that have a manufacturing defect.  PLEASE make sure you have a defective product before contacting us.

Satellite dishes, motors and receivers are to be returned to the manufacturer for replacement/return.

Customers are responsible for the return postage.

A receiver is considered defective only if the firmware is factory firmware. Any modification to the firmware will VOID all warranty claims, both from HYPERMEGASAT and the manufacturer. We do not condone the use of FTA Receivers or any other equipment for illegal purposes. Using equipment to receive signal without authorization is prohibited by US law. You are responsible for your actions including using this equipment for illegal purposes.
